Data You Give Us Directly
Search Queries
A name, birth date, or other term entered in a search box is sent directly to the outside company operating that tool. The provider processes the request and supplies its results. Monroe County Warrant Records does not retain or log those query terms on its own systems.
Messages and Contact Submissions
An email or contact submission may be kept long enough to answer and maintain the related correspondence. It remains within the organization unless disclosure is required by a valid legal obligation.
Data We Gather Automatically
When a page loads, servers may automatically receive basic technical and usage details:
- The IP address assigned to your device
- Which browser you are using and its version
- Your device type and operating system
- The pages you visited and how long you stayed on each
- The site that sent you here, if any
- Timestamps for each page view
Cookies and Analytics
Cookies are small files placed on a device to help measure traffic, popular pages, and where visits end. Analytics providers may combine those measurements into overall usage reports. Browser controls can block cookies, though disabling them may change how some features work.
What We Do With This Data
- Operating, maintaining, and improving page performance
- Routing a search request to the selected outside provider
- Measuring which resources are useful to visitors
- Diagnosing errors, misuse, and technical failures
- Displaying advertising that may reflect inferred interests
No Warrant Data on File
This site does not host, assemble, maintain, or sell a Monroe County warrant database or a personal warrant file. It describes official routes through Search ARCourts, the Circuit Clerk, District Court clerk, and Monroe County Sheriff's Office. Visitor data is not turned into consumer reports or third-party record files. Monroe County Warrant Records is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
Third-Party Search Partners
Independent companies supply the search tools. Information submitted to one is governed by that company's privacy policy, retention schedule, and disclosure practices rather than this policy. Those practices are outside our control. Read the applicable partner policy before entering personal information.
Links to Other Websites
Links may lead to sheriff pages, court portals, Arkansas resources, legal-service organizations, or outside search tools. Once a visitor follows an external link, the destination's privacy terms control. Review them before providing personal details.
Advertising providers may use their own technology to measure activity across websites and select interest-based ads. Their systems perform that tracking.
Who Might See Your Data
Personal data is not sold. Limited information may be disclosed to:
- Search partners that handle queries you run on our site
- Analytics services we use to track traffic and performance
- Ad networks that place ads on our pages
- Law enforcement or government bodies when a valid legal order requires it
How We Protect Your Data
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used for information under our control. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so unauthorized access or loss cannot be ruled out.
Users Under 18
The service is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If information from a minor is identified, a deletion request may be submitted.
Your Data Rights
Arkansas privacy and consumer-protection law may create rights beyond the choices listed here. Consult the official Arkansas Code for current law. The Arkansas Freedom of Information Act, Ark. Code Ann. ยงยง25-19-101 et seq., applies to records held by public agencies. It does not transform data held by this private website into a public court record. Subject to applicable law, a user may:
- Ask for a copy of what we have on file about you
- Have us fix information that is wrong
- Request that we erase your data
- Opt out of certain kinds of data processing
Updates to This Policy
This policy may be revised as services or legal duties change. A replacement becomes available on this page with an updated effective date, so visitors should review it periodically.
